Cured in oak casks then finished in Caribbean rum casks. Busty and wanton with notes of sorghum, Mejdool dates, a hint of cigar ash and just a bit of booty. Significantly more satisfying than the date you are currently on.
This fine scotch is aged in three vessels, from American white oak to French Burgundy and Oloroso Sherry casks. The journey begins with tastes of peaberry coffee and salted dark chocolate, moving to notes of sun-dried plumbs and rustic bramble jelly with a toasted nutmeg and Vietnamese cinnamon finish.
